These Terms and Conditions apply to website visitors, people making enquiries, and clients booking or receiving services from Riddhi Astrology. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or proceed with a booking.

Additional appointment-specific details, including fees and timing, may be communicated before confirmation and will form part of the agreement for that consultation.

Riddhi Astrology provides consultations including Vedic Astrology, Medical Astrology, Numerology, Vedic Vastu, Astrological Counselling, Birth Chart Analysis, Kundali Matching, Relationship Guidance, Financial Astrology, Career Astrology, and Business Astrology.

Services are interpretive and reflective. They are based on traditional astrological principles, the birth information supplied, the practitioner's professional experience, and the questions discussed with the client.

Astrology involves interpretation and cannot guarantee exact events, dates, outcomes, financial gains, relationship results, health outcomes, or business performance. Statements about timing and tendencies should be understood as guidance rather than certainty.

The client remains responsible for all decisions and actions taken before, during, or after a consultation.

Consultations and website content are not substitutes for medical diagnosis or treatment, mental-health care, legal advice, investment advice, financial planning, or any other regulated professional service.

Medical Astrology is offered only as an additional perspective on patterns and awareness. Health concerns must always be discussed with qualified healthcare professionals. Financial and business decisions should be reviewed with appropriately qualified advisers.

Clients must provide accurate birth date, birth time, birthplace, contact details, and any other information necessary for the requested service. Inaccurate or incomplete information may materially affect the reading.

Clients should ask questions where anything is unclear and independently consider whether guidance is suitable for their personal circumstances.

An enquiry does not itself create a confirmed appointment. The consultation date, time, format, service, fee, payment method, and any preparation requirements will be agreed through direct communication.

A booking may be treated as confirmed only after Riddhi Astrology communicates confirmation and any required advance payment has been received.

Applicable consultation fees will be communicated before booking. Clients are responsible for using the agreed payment method and for any charges imposed by their bank, payment provider, or currency-conversion service.

Where legally applicable, taxes or other charges may be included or added as communicated during booking.

If you need to change an appointment, contact Riddhi Astrology as early as possible. Rescheduling and cancellation eligibility may depend on notice provided, preparation already completed, and the nature of the service.

Late arrival may reduce the available consultation time. Riddhi Astrology may reschedule where necessary because of illness, emergencies, technical difficulties, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Clients attending online are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection, private environment, and access to the agreed communication platform. Technical interruptions will be handled reasonably, but uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed.

Consultations are conducted privately and respectfully. Clients must also communicate respectfully and must not record, publish, reproduce, or distribute a consultation without prior written permission.

Riddhi Astrology may decline or end a consultation involving abusive behavior, harassment, unlawful requests, or circumstances where continuing would be inappropriate.

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics, layouts, consultation materials, and original content belong to Riddhi Astrology or are used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, sold, modified, or used commercially without prior written authorization.

You may share links to publicly available pages for personal, non-commercial purposes provided the content is represented accurately.

The website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps, and payment providers. Riddhi Astrology does not control their availability, content, privacy practices, or independent terms.

We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but cannot guarantee that every page will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully current.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Riddhi Astrology is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or personal losses arising from reliance on astrological guidance, website content, technical interruptions, third-party services, or decisions made by the client.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms may be updated as services or legal requirements change. Continued use of the website after an update means the current terms apply.
